Returns & Exchange Policy

At Time Heist, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make returns and exchanges simple, quick, and transparent.

🔵 Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

🔵 Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for size, color, or model changes.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• Coordination must be done same-day via WhatsApp or Email.

🔵 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Final sale or discounted items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling.
